My task is to help you to identify dysfunctional patterns of thought and behavior that may be sustaining the difficulties you are having. Working collaboratively, our focus in therapy is on removing psychological and behavioral obstacles that prevent you from reaching your goals and having better relationships. Within that safe and confidential relationship we can explore painful and troubling feelings, identify goals, and discover together how to make desired changes happen.
